Nigerian winger Wisdom Fernando is in a buoyant mood after winning the Ghanaian FA Cup with Asante Kotoko.
Asante Kotoko defeated Golden Kick FC 2-1 in the final at the University of Ghana Stadium, Accra, on Sunday.
It was the 10th time the Porcupine Warriors have lifted the Ghanaian FA Cup.
Fernando featured for the entire duration of the thrilling contest.
He took to social media to celebrate his team’s triumph.
“Champions…What a way to finish the season. Grateful for every moment, every support, every challenge. This one means a lot! Thank you, AKSC,” he wrote on X.
It marks the second major trophy of Fernando’s career.
